I’m an F1 student married to a US citizen and applying for adjustment of status. I’m a little confused about question 61 (declaration of self sufficiency) on the I-485.
If I’m exempt from public charge ( answering yes to question 61), do I have to file form I-944 ?
Are you only exempt from filing I-944 if you fall into the categories listed in no 62?
