Granted Withholding and want to adjust!!

My friend came to the US legally as a child and had her green card from her parents. She got caught up with her boyfriends bullshit and was charged with fraud after applying for her N400. USCIS postponed her interview and never got back to her. She was eventually convicted and was served time. ICE picked her from the prison after serving her time and put her in immigration detention. she was charged with crime of moral turpitude and aggravated felony because the loss amt and resitution was over $10k.She was told the only relief she qualified for was CAT/witholding. She applied for that and Immigration Judge in PA granted her. She’s back home now and wants to know the next step and process to adjust back to her green card status and try to get her citizenship. Any advice/ideas?

Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
