First of all sorry for the throwaway.
Trying to get as much info as possible.
Long story short, I got here on ESTA, got dual citizenship, German and Peruvian. My fiance is a legal resident in the U. S. She can apply for citizenship now but since USCIS is closed till may 3rd (if not longer) (And it's not like its going to take 2 months for the process.) she wants to hold onto applying since that money might come in handy, she hasn't been working since December and her application won't get through for a while...
I can legally stay until June 12th according to my I-94, but... The country where I reside (Peru) has closed its borders until further notice, so it's not like I can catch a flight back easily.
Atm I don't have a fixed income and money is only flying away, is there anything I (we) can do? I would appreciate a ton some outside of perspective and any info /tip is greatly appreciated!
Am I screwed?
Thanks in advance!
