Is anyone experienced with O-1 visa change of employer?
I'm going through the process and my new attorney is starting a fresh application, with new letters and just a very small overlap with my previous application. Is that normal?
Also, the new visa will be valid for an additional 3 years? Or does the time in my current visa counts for the time limit?
