Is there a legal way to bring my cousin over? My uncle recently passed away and has basically left my cousin in my dads hands but we don’t know if we can bring him over to the states. He’s 18 and he lives in Mexico. He’s technically above age in Mexico but would it be possible to legally bring him over since he technically still is a dependent.
