I have a few things worrying me about doing the paperwork on my on. First is when I came in the US i came in as a tourist and overstayed. Second, I am currently employed but I am using a different name. Are these things it would be best for a lawyer to deal with or can I do it myself? Also, how many years back worth of tax returns paperwork do i have to present?
