Will my mom be stopped in immigration if they find out she will stay for a long time?

My mom who is a filipino, suddenly has the urge to move in with me along with my brother in the USA (which tbh I’m pretty not happy with, I wanna learn how to be independent). She has a B-1 Visa, expiring next year, and I have a F-1 Student’s Visa, while my brother and stepdad have a Canadian Visa. Additionally, I didn’t make my mom get a sponsor visa because the original plan was just me studying (being independent)

She is now staying here for 6 months already (flight got cancelled due to COVID), and she fell in love with the place. Now she wants to move here and also make my brother study here. She is not a Canadian citizen.

I was wondering what are the chances of her being barred from entering USA? Is there a chance for her visa to be revoked due to staying for long peroods of time? Her and my stepdad might come back in a few months to look for a house. And then she plans to stay 5 months USA, back to the philippines for 2 months, and back again for 5 months.

Is it possible she would not be able fulfill her plans of staying here? (Which I unfortunately want to happen because I’m really just studying here and I feel homesick and not want to stay here for a long time)

Edit: also, what if she suddenly would like to get an investors visa? Will that help her out? She has the money, but will the process to get the visa be done in a snap, and she can stay for a long time here in USA? How long would that take, because she also wants that green card.

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
