Just looking to get a bit of a gut check on something, since I suspect I might be getting a bit of a run around (or at least a lack of motivation) from my attorney.
In terms of preparing a PERM submission, how long should it roughly take for an attorney to "prepare the filing" once recruitment has been completed and the cooling off period has expired?
Looking at the form it seems like the sort of thing that a reasonably competent paralegal should be able to prepare and submit in an afternoon, rather than something that should take a month (and counting).
Is there any reason why this would take an extended period of time to prepare, assuming that the recruitment itself was straightforward and there weren't really any qualified applicants?
