So because of the current unfortunate pandemic, there has been a delay in my last semester's examination. I am Indian and I am applying for a university in Bulgaria.
The requirement for application to this university in that country is an Apostilled copy of my bachelor's degree and the transcripts, they are not satisfied with only the transcripts of the previous semesters.
Since I am pretty sure I won't be able to file my application in time, I have hopes of only submitting my application in the winter semester.
Now, I was thinking, maybe it is not such a bad idea after all. I could explore the country as a tourist maybe before I get down to completing my masters. I do have arrangements for renting a place out.
The question I had was, is it possible for me to change my visa from a tourist visa to a student visa once I am there? Is it in any way unethical or illegal to do so?
