Long story short, my mom came here as an undocumented immigrant and had me back in 1998. She has since lived here and has gotten a state ID (NC; expired as of now), had 3 other kids and has paid her taxes every year up until 2017 due to not having a job. (Had ITIN; Recently expired). Her current partner (father of my two youngest siblings; not yet married) is a US Citizen. What can we do to help her?
