I need your advice for immigrating to the US. I have some options and need your opinion.

I am a software engineer currently working in the EU. I am 31 years of age. I wanna move to the US and my main reason is how "accepting" americans are of other nationalities.

I have the following options.

  1. H1b: This is the most obvious way to move there. However the h1b visa is based on a lottery which means its gonna be hard to get this one.

  2. student - Opt: Another option is trying to get an MBA scholarship to a 1 year degree. I will use this as a stepping stone to get a job as a software engineer or a manager. I think I will probably not be able to work on this visa. So I have to live on my savings.

  3. O-1: I am probably not eligible for this one but I ahve a 2 year Engineering doctorate degree. Its a doctorate without research and is considered at the same level as a Phd where I live.

  4. L1 visa: This is transfer through another company but it means I have to work in another country for some years and in the end I may or may not be able to get a transfer to the US. I dont wanna take this route cause I dont wanna live in another country for a couple of years.

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
