N400: Evidence of maintaining residence in the U.S. during travel (6+ months)

My wife is getting ready to submit her N400. She's been a resident for over six years but had two long stays abroad early on, so we're applying under the 3-year rule (I'm a citizen).

In 2018, we took a 7-month around-the-world trip. We both worked online throughout for a US company. We stayed 7 weeks in one country and 2-4 weeks in each of the others.

At the time, (and for the first six years of my wife's US residency) we lived with my parents in the US. All bills, etc, are in their name. We don't own a car. So, providing evidence that we maintained our residence while abroad is a concern.

So far, we're submitting: 30 weekly paystubs (hers), photos of passport pages with entry/exit stamps (hers), and an IRS transcript (joint). Submitting my paystubs and passport stamps would be too much information, correct?

Another type of evidence USCIS lists as an example is bank/credit card/loan statements. What are they looking for here? Is it the specific transactions, or just that we maintained US accounts? We might prefer to keep these private if there isn't a clear advantage in sharing.

Would it be wise to have my parents sign an affidavit stating that we lived with them and retained full access to the home while we were abroad?

Should we include an explanation of the nature of our trip, either in a cover letter or a stand-alone document?

Any other suggestions?

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
