How soc codes get evaluated for i-485 same or similar

My Eb2 India I140 was filed with soc code 15-1021 and SOC title computer programmers with Java J2EE programming stack, back in 2010. Priority date is April 2010. Ever since I got an ivy league MBA and currently working as a Senior Product Manager. The soc code is 15-2031 and SOC title is operations research analysts.

ASK: Now that the priority dates are moving fast will my previous SOC and current SOC be considered natural progression ?

Below programing skills listed for 15-2031 on onetonline.org.

Analytical or scientific software — Matlab , SASS.

Data base user interface and query software — Amazon Redshift ; mysql

Enterprise resource planning ERP software sap

Object or component oriented development software — C++  ; Python  ; R  ; Scala

At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
