Applying for k1 visa or marriage visa with 3 misdemeanors. Do we have any chances of having a life together ?

Me and my gf have been dating for 1.5 years she is us citizen and I am a Mexican citizen. I met her here in México through our job. I was in the us from 2001 to 2010 without status. I had traffic stops and because I didn’t have a valid DL I have a total of 3 misdemeanors driving without a license, driving w license suspended and revoked. So all those 3 are just misdemeanors. I was caught with a SSN back in the day and I did my 1 probation and the case was dropped. Last time I got pulled over 2009 I went in front of a judge who gave me the option of voluntary departure (10 year bar) completed this last March.

What are our chances of the k1 visa being approved based on my record ? Would it be better to do the marriage license visa instead ? Am I inadmissible cause of my record ?

Any help is appreciated!

I am scared we won’t be allowed to have our life together, I love her so much !

Help !

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our ...
