I'm a Canadian citizen applying for a TN-1 visa with my company. I was rejected on Sunday because I didn't have "original documents" (they turned away my company's original signature stating it wasn't original...). They also asked me for my transcripts, but I thought my original diploma would be enough.
My university is closed from printing official transcripts due to the pandemic, and do not have a digital official transcript. The only way I can see myself getting an official transcript is by filling out the online form they have for universities to send official transcripts to other institutions (such as universities for grad school), but instead of a university, I put in the Toronto Pearson Airport U.S. Customs office? Is that even a thing? Does anyone know the address or e-mail I would even send that to if it was a thing?
If I can't get an official transcript, will they deny me again? I talked to the U.S. Consolate, U.S. Customs Border Office (via phone; they won't talk to me in person), and everyone I can think of, but there's no solid answer on what to do with my transcripts. I'm trying to leave ASAP so any help is appreciated!
