I have a few questions and advice from an immigration attorney or anybody who knows the ins and outs of the US immigration system would be greatly appreciated. I'm a US citizen and I met my SO while traveling in India last summer. She wants to immigrate to the USA but neither of us are quite ready to tie the knot just yet. I had to come back to the USA because of Covid and the months of separation have been killing us!!! She has a masters degree in psychology, some professional certificates for teaching Yoga and knows English, Hindi and Sanskrit. What would our best options be for getting her over here? Finding a School/company to hire her? If I wanted to start my own company so that I could hire her what would I need to do to secure a visa?
