Question about seeking asylum from a “safe country”

Not going to go into detail about why I plan to do this but my life is pretty much at risk if I don’t.

However when I check the website of the specific country I plan to apply in it says this -

“Your application will be processed within 48 hours In the opinion of the UDI, the situation in the country you come from is generally safe, and the authorities in your country can offer sufficient protection to their citizens.

Therefore, your application for asylum will be processed and rejected within 48 hours. If you are over the age of 18, you will also be expelled from the Schengen area for one year.”

Within these 48 hours you will be registered by the police, receive information from the Norwegian Organisation for Asylum Seekers (NOAS), and the UDI will maybe interview you briefly. You will get help from a lawyer, who can help you to hand in an appeal.”

So what’s confusing about this is that it says I’ll be expelled from the Schengen Area for a year. But that I also have the right to appeal and get a lawyer? How would that even work? Does this mean I could stop the process of being deported by filing the appeal or would I be appealing from my home country?

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our ...
