How do i get to the uk permanently ?

Long story short. I'm a usa citizen. My gf lives in the uk I'm on the verge of losing her permanently. This travel ban has made everything to hard for us to be together all these restrictions are inhumane. We need each other or i will lose her to the depression. I need to be with her as fast as possible. Or she be with me ( usa ) i don't care which. We will be together or I'll die trying. Please help us. Please what is the fastest way
