Moving to UK to see son

Hail. I'm just a simple man... Analog guy. My son's mother divorced me and has repeatedly attempted to take full custody. I am the type of person who can afford a lawyer though. I have a few rentals and work for nothing at a pet shop. I have an associates in healthcare but it doesn't mean much to me. My son's mother wants " out " and to I guess marry a guy in London to get her pass or something. I'm interested in supporting her dream but I won't go there till I know I can stay in for good for son. We share 50 50 custody.

Ideally we would talk and coordinate our plans but if she keeps accusing me of insane things and lying I might have to say " fuck her".

I guess what I'm asking is akin to : Is it possible to get a visa to see son if mother married to a guy there and lives there full time but we share 50 50 custody, and I can afford to buy land there and not have to work? I'd pay taxes and can afford food and transportation. ( Assuming I agree to a passport for son )

Or

If I just buy land there and live comfortably can I stay more than 6 months and not work? Or worm my way in? Ideally I'd work at a fish store.

If you have any questions ask me please. I'm be in need of advice. I have no skilled labour skills but am freelance marine biologist and have a few upperclass / upper eschelon reef tanks. I'm 29 and I try to understand people before I diss them.

Thank you.

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our ...

Because it says highest level of education COMPLETED but also in the drop down menu there is an option that says UNIVERSITY,NO DEGREE which if I do choose then I will have to fill out the school information and then a start date and an end date which I still do not know this is the only question I’m struggling will and have looked into it but no straightforward answer!
