I-944 RFE for I-485

Hi all! After good news that the form was cancelled few days ago I called Uscis twice and they told me I have to respond on RFE with all supporting documents unless Uscis send me a letter that I don’t have to. In many forums people say that they will send a printed copy of Uscis page where it says that the form is no longer required...so what to do? How can Uscis agents say the opposite ?

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee!
