Stimulus Question Check

Filing Taxes currently and want to double-check. I'm a US citizen and was married last year. When filing, TurboTax said I should receive additional stimulus since I only received one person's worth. My understanding is that since my wife is not a US citizen, we are currently applying for GC, but she's still technically on F-1/OPT we would not qualify for additional stimulus. She does have an SSN and income, but didn't receive either of these until 2021 so I'm assuming it's irrelevant. She has been here since 2017 as an F-1 and she has filed an IRS tax return though income was 0 since she was a student then.

Just wanted to double-check that she shouldn't qualify for stimulus right? The FAQ seems to say this, but want to double-check.

Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
