Hi Everyone( I am Canadian born in China in the application process for my US visa)
My birth certificate was rejected twice, I’m not to sure why! Could it be that it was not colour (cannot see the red stamp) or that that translation was first and not after the foreign language?
Or
That the name on my notarized birth certificate is different from that of my passport (I spoke to the person about this and they said that for name changes just submit the originals for everything and if needed they will ask you to provide the proof of name change document).
My question is, am I getting rejected because they think I’m providing the wrong notarized birth certificate or I am physically uploading the notarized birth certificate incorrectly?
Thanks for anyone helping!
