CR1 Visa > K1 Visa?

Back story:

I'm a Ukrainian-American Dual Citizen.

My fiance is a Ukrainian Citizen.

Apparently it's impossible for me to get married in Ukraine as an American, even if I'm legally here on my American Passport.

I have two main questions

  1. I can't find this information ANYWHERE: Can we still potentially get approved for a CR1 visa if my Ukrainian marriage certificate states that I'm a Ukrainian citizen married to a Ukrainian citizen? Maybe because of this issue it'll just be easier to go for the K1. (I've just been told that by almost every measure the CR1 is better, especially since I don't live in the US.
  2. Does anyone know how much of an issue it is that (because I live in Ukraine) I haven't had an actual income for the past 2 years? I can show something like 4x the poverty level in my bank account and either of my parents can cosponsor me.

Thank you, you wonderful & helpful people

edit: Ukraine technically doesn't allow dual-citizenship, so in Ukraine I'm a Ukrainian citizen who happens to have another passport, not necessarily a dual citizen

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
