How much time does GC take for EB category after the priority date is current assuming all I-485, I-765,I-131 are submitted already?

Currently application doesn't have I-693 and planning to submit using interfiling to avoid time lost during RFE. There is some time for it though due to Action Date being away for my backlogged country.
