USCIS Online Portal not working help!! RFE incomplete PLS HELP

My husband and I filed an I-130 application and got an RFE notice (mailed to my parents address because I do not have a reliable address currently where I live). We mailed in our response through my family in the states since we both are not in the states and do not have reliable postal service where we are. My family didn’t read the full RFE letter to me and they failed to inform me that a passport photo of myself was requested along with other proof of residency and joint insurance documents. I just got access to my online account after they mailed the RFE back and saw the full RFE saying I needed a passport photo. I’ve been trying to just upload everything online but it’s not working and says fail to upload. I’ve tried switching browsers, clearing cookies and caches, using different internet and IP addresses and nothing let’s me submit my documents. I’m worried USCIS will receive my RFE response in the mail without the requested passport photo of myself and discard our petition even though the important documents are all there. I’ve tried messaging them on the online portal and haven’t gotten any responses and even talked to someone on the phone and they didn’t have answers. What should I do!?!

DS-260 Have you ever attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?

Ok so I’m not sure what to put down here, I have a high school diploma and currently attending college! So for the occupation part for a previous question I put down the school I go to and address, however I am uncertain what to put down here, I put my high school start and end date but do I also include the college? Because it says highest level of education COMPLETED but also in the drop down menu there is an option that says UNIVERSITY,NO DEGREE which if I do choose then I will have to fill out the school information and then a start date and an end date which I still do not know this is the only question I’m struggling will and have looked into it but no straightforward answer!
