Hello,
I am Italian and I have been invited to a wedding in USA. I am currently in Italy and unfortunately still not vaccinated. As of now I believe the rules for entering the US are as following:
"Travellers who have been in the European Schengen Area (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City), United Kingdom, Ireland, Iran, China or Brazil in the past 14 days are prohibited from entering United States."
My question is: If I stay in Croatia which is not part of the European Schengen Area for 15 days as "quarantine" and travel to US with a valid tourist visa, will I be able to enter the US with a negative COVID test? Has anyone done that?
