Unmarried Son of a permanent resident tiimeline.

My parents are very close to getting their green card, and are thinking about sponsoring my brother. I could also sponsor him as the sibling of a US citizen, but that seems to take way longer. We are not from Any big country with special lists.

What kind of timeline should we be thinking about? The may Visa Bulletin seems to have it as August 2015 (so roughly 6 years), but in processing times in this website https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ depending on the service center it seems to be between 2 to 5 years. Which one is it more likely?

The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
