Hey everyone!
I was wondering if I could find some guidance!
I've received a job offer to work at a cap-exempt private school in the US to teach high school Maths (Math?), starting August 1st this year. The visa process is all underway and premium processing is helping speed up the process. However, the visa organisation that I'm using has informed me that the hurdle currently is arranging an appointment with the embassy to get me the visa.
I have heard stories from people either getting the visa at an embassy in another country or somehow managing to get an emergency appointment at the UK embassy. Just wondering if this is just hearsay, or if there is a genuine avenue I can take to try and be in the States in time for my contract start date?
(I'm using a throwaway account)
Thanks so much in advance!
