H1B1 to Greencard

Hi guys, I am thinking of moving abroad and doing some research on the best options available for me, i am currently considering both USA and Canada. If anyone could share some insights on the h1b1 route to green-card and how easy it is to acquire it. My professional background is from software engineering, can anyone clarify if companies are willing to file green-card sponsorship and h1b1 visas easily or it’s a struggle? The Canada path is more straightforward I can apply for PR there through the skilled worker immigration. Also what would you suggest what’s the better option in terms of lifestyle and finances USA or Canada

DS-260 Have you ever attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?

Ok so I’m not sure what to put down here, I have a high school diploma and currently attending college! So for the occupation part for a previous question I put down the school I go to and address, however I am uncertain what to put down here, I put my high school start and end date but do I also include the college? Because it says highest level of education COMPLETED but also in the drop down menu there is an option that says UNIVERSITY,NO DEGREE which if I do choose then I will have to fill out the school information and then a start date and an end date which I still do not know this is the only question I’m struggling will and have looked into it but no straightforward answer!
