Applying for ESTA on another passport after recent approval

Sorry for the multiple posts. I'm considering getting my passport renewed (it takes a week to receive the new passport here) to avoid any complications that may arise from traveling to the US with an expiring passport.

I've already booked my flight but I can update the details with the airline at least 48 hrs before travel. The new passport should get here on time. Now I'm just wondering if I can apply for an ESTA again on a new passport just 2 weeks after getting an approval on my previous passport? The 2 passports are from the same country. Would that get me denied or will I be fine doing this?

Thank you!

The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
