I-130 online form question

Hi,

I need to clear my mind about a couple of things before I submit. I’m filing the form for my mom. All the evidence I need here is my US birth certificate and my passport scan, correct? My dad told me I needed a copy of her birth certificate and passport, a bunch of other stuff and my diplomas which I’m pretty sure I don’t because the diplomas only come in if I don’t have primary evidence, correct?
When asked if she has been to the US before something about class of admission came up. I know that it’s the visa status you get when they give you a visa in your passport F1, Eb2 etc. But they only put green card pictures and wrote about how it’s supposed to be on green cards. It’s the visa sticker in the passport too right?

Also she doesn’t know her I-94 arrival departure record number. Can I just leave it blank or how can I find it?

Should I just put the info for her most recent trip? It says “When does the beneficiary’s authorized stay expire?” I guess the phrasing implying it hasn’t already expired is what confuses me but I just put 1999?
