B1/B2 visit visa from Pakistan

Hi everyone! I am a medical graduate and wish to get my training done in Pediatrics from the US. I plan to take my usmle exams in early 2022s and go for electives in June. And for this purpose I require a visa. My visa has been refused thrice in the past, twice when I wanted to do electives under my uncle’s supervision who is also a doctor there and last rejection was when I applied with family to spend the summer with my cousins. My parents got it but my siblings and I did not. Now, I have booked my elective rotations for June with some other doctor and plan to sit in the match cycle 2023 as well. Kindly guide me how can I make my profile strong this time to avoid rejection.
