Foreign passport and EAD stolen

My wife's foreign passport and EAD were stolen through smash-and-grab out of our car past week. We're working on replacing the foreign passport with the embassy. Can anyone help answer the following?

1) Do we need to replace the original visit visa (I-102 Application for Replacement)? She is waiting on I-485 green card interview and has an EAD already. She also has an approved I-131, SSN and biometrics done.

2) When she gets a new foreign passport, do we need to let USCIS know the new passport number to update her files for I-485?
