Getting warned of last time able to enter US with VWP. Is this true ??

Hello guys,

My girlfriend from Taiwan just came visit me with a VWP status. We both know that VWP allow for 90 days staying here in US and she planned to stay for 86 days. This is the second time she came to visit me after 6~7 months. She got pulled into the room and got investigated like most people did. She did not lie and answer all of the question. At the end she was warned that this is the last time she able to enter with VWP. She saw that the officer wrote a heavy note on her profile. The first time she came visit she did stay slightly over 90 days due to Covid and flight cancellation. I believe she only stay 97 or 100 days for that reason. And we also filed the extension of stay per USCIS guideline on their websites. The custom at the border said she is trying to challenge the law by stepping close the the red line of 90 days every time. She also give prove of her departure flight. I’m so irritated because 90 days is the permission of stay and we did no try to break it. Why giving such a hard time for people who follow the rules. My question is 1. Is it true that she can no longer came in to US ? 2. Is this going to affect her K1 in the future if we decide to get marry ? Really appreciate some advice.

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our ...
