L1-B submitted, potential role change (UK to US)

I'm looking for some guidance on which is perhaps a bit of an unusual situation. My employer recently filed my L1-B petition, I'm now waiting for the interview. Everything was delayed due to the travel restrictions so I'm still working in my previous role from the UK for the time being even though I accepted and signed my offer in July.

My company now wants me to take on a different role due to some people leaving the business segment I currently work for. This role would be a higher level with more pay and more responsibilities although the title and job contents would be largely similar. Since another part of the business has been sponsoring my visa there are some internal politics going on behind the scenes. What I am interested in is as to how this would affect the current petition. As I said, title and content would be similar, the specialized knowledge as well. Would my employer have to file a new petition considering this role does offer a higher salary and has slightly more responsibilities? I'd also be based out of a different state.

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...

DS-260 Have you ever attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?

Ok so I’m not sure what to put down here, I have a high school diploma and currently attending college! So for the occupation part for a previous question I put down the school I go to and address, however I am uncertain what to put down here, I put my high school start and end date but do I also include the college? Because it says highest level of education COMPLETED but also in the drop down menu there is an option that says UNIVERSITY,NO DEGREE which if I do choose then I will have to fill out the school information and then a start date and an end date which I still do not know this is the only question I’m struggling will and have looked into it but no straightforward answer! I hope you guys can help submitted by /u/AlarmingUmpire3 [link] [comments] source https://www.reddit.com/r/immigration/comments/j2eni9/ds260_have_you_ever_attended_any_educational/
