Long story & a few quick questions

Just wanted too get your feedback on a few things,

I recently moved too Mexico about a year & a half ago. Immigration judge ruled that I had too leave, over a poor choice I made when I was younger. I owned up too it but it cost me my immigration status in the U.S. I was under Deferred Action aka DACA when I made the poor choice, it automatically canceled my status out. Throughout the deportation system I chose too voluntarily self-deport too get back a large some of bond money my family had posted & the time my wife was helping obtain my permanent residency in the U.S.

We went through the whole process of obtaining a lawyer to help us with the situation, we were approved for everything just short of my pardon. On the advice of my lawyer & the ruling on my deportation case, I chose too leave voluntarily & wait the rest of my residency process from Mexico.

Fast forward almost two years later & a pandemic my wife and I split up and she chose to cancel my residency process.

So now the goal becomes:

HOW CAN I GET BACK TO THE US THE RIGHT WAY?

I have a Son and a lot of family members in the US, who I would love too see all again

My son takes priority so I’m thinking about applying for a tourist visa too at least be able to see him and my parents.

Is that a good idea ?

Is my case with uscis dead in the water ?

Is there any legal way for me to re-enter the US?

Thank you all in advance if you’ve read this far!

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our ...
