Need to get my wife to the US as fast as possible.

Quick rundown.

Wife is Chinese Married for 7 years Wife studied in America from 2009-2014 She lived in America for a total of 7 years Originally had a CR-1 visa (but ended up forfeiting it because we had to come to China) We moved to China in spring of 2016 We have 2 children now (3 y/o and 10 months old) Both children were born in China but are US citizens

I am going back to the US in January 2022. I have a job lined up already for when I arrive so I can get straight to work. The plan is for me to go first, work, save up so more cash, find a place to live, get a car, and pretty much have everything ready for my family when the arrive so that it will be less of a hassle for their transition of moving abroad.

Issue is that my wife doesn’t have a visa now. I have heard some cases that Chinese citizens are having to wait a very long time for the visa to be issued. Is this true?

But really I am wanting to know this, am I able to get my wife back the US soon? If so, how? What is the quickest way possible?

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...

DS-260 Have you ever attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?

Ok so I’m not sure what to put down here, I have a high school diploma and currently attending college! So for the occupation part for a previous question I put down the school I go to and address, however I am uncertain what to put down here, I put my high school start and end date but do I also include the college? Because it says highest level of education COMPLETED but also in the drop down menu there is an option that says UNIVERSITY,NO DEGREE which if I do choose then I will have to fill out the school information and then a start date and an end date which I still do not know this is the only question I’m struggling will and have looked into it but no straightforward answer! I hope you guys can help submitted by /u/AlarmingUmpire3 [link] [comments] source https://www.reddit.com/r/immigration/comments/j2eni9/ds260_have_you_ever_attended_any_educational/
