When will the US consulate of Vancouver open for visit visa appointments?

Originally was scheduled for a visit visa appointment in April 2020, was canceled; and the next earliest date I could get was January 2021 as well; that got canceled too, the next available rescheduled date was July 2021; same story, now I have a date for March 2022.

It is extremely frustrating, because I have not seen my family in the US since March 2020; and with increased vaccinations, I was hoping that the US consulate would start opening up visit visa appointments.

I have just applied for my Canadian citizenship a few days ago, but don’t know how long it’ll take for me to get my passport.
