Diversity Visa 2023 Photos

Hey guys, I’m in the process of applying for the DV-2023 lottery online. Today I went and got my passport photos taken at two different professional photographers (wasn’t happy with the first one). Although at first glance they look like they both follow all the major rules there are a couple of issues:

1) The head size is way over the 25mm-35mm range (43mm) in the first photo. 2) The eye level is below the 28mm-35mm range measured from the bottom of the photo (26mm) in the second photo.

Also the first photo looks much better because the photographer retouched the lighting (light editing). It looks like a standard passport photo so I don’t know if that would be disqualified because it has been ‘edited’.

I’m definitely overthinking this but someone please help!

DS-260 Have you ever attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?

Ok so I’m not sure what to put down here, I have a high school diploma and currently attending college! So for the occupation part for a previous question I put down the school I go to and address, however I am uncertain what to put down here, I put my high school start and end date but do I also include the college? Because it says highest level of education COMPLETED but also in the drop down menu there is an option that says UNIVERSITY,NO DEGREE which if I do choose then I will have to fill out the school information and then a start date and an end date which I still do not know this is the only question I’m struggling will and have looked into it but no straightforward answer!
