When applying for a US work visa, is it a red flag if I have an unused work visa stamp from a different country?

Long story short: I was planning to move to the UK and got a work visa. But certain things have changed, and I might end up moving to the US instead. When I apply for an employment based visa for the states(L1 or H1B) will it be a red flag that I got a visa from the UK but never used it?
