My husband has been here several years on a student visa. Recently, we were married before his F-1 visa expired and are currently waiting for his paperwork to go through. Unfortunately, his license expired in the middle of this process. Because his F-1 visa is now expired and we are still waiting for his green card/visa, is it possible for him to renew his license?
