K1 Visa: NOA1 nowhere to be seen, filed in late June

Hi all,

Just looking for some advice. We filed our K1 in Dallas back in June. Check we sent with it has been cashed by USCIS, however still no sign of an NOA1.

I have sent in an inquiry looking for info which was supposed to be answered within 30 days which we are about to hit - however, still no response.

Anyone else left in the lurch? I know there are delays but do they explain an almost 5 month wait?

Any advice or experiences will be appreciated.
