The petition for my P1 is being submitted today. It is being expedited so I will have an answer in 14 business days. My question is, as a Canadian can I fly to the US to visit friends during these 14 business days and then return to Canada if I obtain my visa and activate it and then go back?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
