Hi, my husband is currently on the business trip in Malawi and we’re wondering if given new restrictions he will be able to travel to US with me on 13th of December. I’m a holder of L1 visa but my start date is in 3 months from now, so we will be traveling on ESTA and looking for a place to live in States. Do you think that anyhow helps the case or not? One website says there will be 14 days ban for people being in African countries before entering USA, some don’t say anything about that. Do you think if he has negative test and is vaccinated he will be able to cross the boarder? Or are we considered residents now or not until L1 start day kicks off? Thanks
