To clarify, I’m not talking about the process to get approved for a visa, but the actual time to receive the card from entry/approval.
I’ve seen lots of posts where people receiving their greens card through AOS by marriage receive it within a few weeks, but those coming in through IR-1 visas have to wait around 2-3 months after entry or payment. I’m not necessarily complaining, just wondering as to what’s the big difference between them after it’s been approved.
