As an international traveler, obtaining a visa to enter the United States can be a daunting process. However, the H3 visa can be an excellent option for those looking to gain work experience and skills in the U.S.
The H3 visa is a non-immigrant visa designed for foreigners who want to come to the United States for training or education that is not available in their home country. The training can be in any field, including agriculture, commerce, communications, finance, government, transportation, and more.
To qualify for an H3 visa, the applicant must show evidence of a training program that is not available in their home country and one which will be beneficial for their future career development. The training cannot be for productive employment that will immediately benefit the sponsoring company.
The H3 visa is valid for the duration of the training program, which cannot exceed 2 years. Additionally, the applicant cannot change their status and work in another field during their stay in the United States.
The H3 visa can also be an excellent option for foreign students who want to gain practical experience in their field of study. However, the visa does not offer a pathway to permanent residency in the U.S.
Overall, the H3 visa can provide a valuable opportunity for international travelers to gain training and skills in the United States. It is essential to work with a qualified immigration attorney to navigate the complex application process and ensure that all requirements are met.

We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our ...
