USA Visa H3

As an international traveler, obtaining a visa to enter the United States can be a daunting process. However, the H3 visa can be an excellent option for those looking to gain work experience and skills in the U.S. The H3 visa is a non-immigrant visa designed for foreigners who want to come to the United States for training or education that is not available in their home country. The training can be in any field, including agriculture, commerce, communications, finance, government, transportation, and more. To qualify for an H3 visa, the applicant must show evidence of a training program that is not available in their home country and one which will be beneficial for their future career development. The training cannot be for productive employment that will immediately benefit the sponsoring company. The H3 visa is valid for the duration of the training program, which cannot exceed 2 years. Additionally, the applicant cannot change their status and work in another field during their stay in the United States. The H3 visa can also be an excellent option for foreign students who want to gain practical experience in their field of study. However, the visa does not offer a pathway to permanent residency in the U.S. Overall, the H3 visa can provide a valuable opportunity for international travelers to gain training and skills in the United States. It is essential to work with a qualified immigration attorney to navigate the complex application process and ensure that all requirements are met.

At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
